Reality capture / Gulf Coast

Call Monday.
Data by Friday.

Aerial and terrestrial LiDAR, photogrammetry, thermal and digital twins for surveyors, engineers, architects, contractors and property owners. Most sites move from a scoping call to delivered data inside one week, in the format your software already reads.

Live / One pass

This is what a single pass returns.

Ground, vegetation, poles and conductors, separated by elevation and measurable end to end. The line moving across is the sensor plane, running the corridor the way the aircraft flew it.

02/The system

One mobilization. Every layer.

Elevation, imagery, and thermal collected on the same flight and tied to the same control, so the layers agree with each other by construction.

01

Scope and control

Boundary, deliverable, format, and datum agreed before we mobilize. No surprises on the invoice and no rework on your end.

02

Flight plan and airspace

Authorizations cleared in advance. Controlled airspace is routine here, and coastal Class D and Class C work gets planned, not improvised.

03

Capture

LiDAR, photogrammetry, and thermal in a single mobilization. Ground control set and tied to the datum your project runs on.

04

Processing and delivery

Classified, QC checked, and delivered in the format your software reads. LAS, DWG, DXF, DGN, GeoTIFF, OBJ or a Civil 3D surface.

Flight planning and LiDAR processing on a project site
Scope, plan, capture, process. The same four steps on every site.

Two lanes, four airframes

A commercial survey platform for private AEC work and a US built, NDAA compliant platform for government, DOT and utility work, plus two smaller airframes for sites that do not want a heavy lift. Same crew, same standards, same deliverables.

Colorized twin of an occupied coastal tower. Openings, balconies and site all measurable from the same collection.
03/The data

Measure it later, without going back.

A classified, colorized twin of the site stays on your server. When the question comes up in month four, you answer it from the data instead of sending someone back out.

05/What to expect

Call Monday. Data by Friday.

Most sites move from a scoping call to delivered data inside one week. Weather and airspace are the only variables, and we tell you about both up front.

Before we fly

FAA Part 107 certificated, airspace authorizations handled in house, and one million dollars in liability coverage. Certificates on request.

Weather and airspace are the only variables. Both get planned before the truck leaves.
05/Next step

Start with one site.

Send the boundary and the deliverable you need. We scope it, fly it, and return the data in your format, typically in under seven days.
