A laser does not care about shadows, tree cover, or how much the site looks like every other acre of scrub. It measures what is there. We fly the boundary once and hand back a classified point cloud you can build a surface from.

Photogrammetry and orthomosaics
An orthomosaic is a map you can measure on. Not a pretty aerial for the cover page, a geometrically corrected image tied to control, at a resolution where the crack, the joint, and the paint line are all visible.

Digital twins
The value is not the picture. The value is that in month four, when someone asks how many windows are on the north elevation and what size they are, you answer from the data instead of sending a person back out with a ladder.

Thermal and IR imaging
Thermal finds what the eye cannot. Trapped moisture in a roof assembly, a failed seal on an elevation, a hot connection on a service, a dead string in an array. All of it shows up as temperature before it shows up as damage.

Terrestrial LiDAR scanning
An aircraft sees the top of the world. Some of the answers are underneath it. Terrestrial scanning fills in the garages, the balcony undersides, the interiors and the tight geometry the aerial pass cannot reach.

Topographic mapping
Vacant land topo, as builts for civil work, and water flow assessment are the highest volume work we have ever done. It is unglamorous, it is constant, and it is where a fast, accurate capture partner saves a firm the most money.
